A small Indian hospitality group.
Clark Hotels is an independent, India-based hospitality company. We run a small, considered portfolio of city properties — currently centred on New Delhi — and we’ve done so since 1962.
Most of what we do is unfashionable on purpose. We don’t chase room counts. We don’t outsource the front desk to call centres. The same people answer the phone in the afternoon as in the morning, often for years on end. The result is hospitality that doesn’t read from a script.
Where we work
The group is anchored in New Delhi, with Hotel Clark Heights in west Delhi as our principal property. Two further openings are in planning for 2026 – 27, but we announce properties only when keys are turning.
How we’d like to be judged
- Quietly attentive service. The basics done exceptionally; the unnecessary skipped.
- Right-sized properties. Boutique enough that the front-desk team will recognise you on day two.
- Best rate, direct.No third-party fees, no algorithmic price changes, and a number you can call if something doesn’t go to plan.
- Long-tenured staff.We’d rather train one person well than re-hire three.
Direct booking
Best rates and most flexibility come from booking with the property directly. The fastest way is by phone or by email — both go to the reservations team and not a third-party desk. Group enquiries, longer stays, and corporate rates are also handled directly.
